Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping domestically in Australia is handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping is categorised in either standard rate or express shipping. General sale items will be sent via AusPost. Larger sale items (complete bikes, framesets & wheels etc) will be sent via courier. Couriers may vary as we endeavour to find a balance between competitive pricing and dependability. 

International Shipping;
Shipping internationally is performed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to find competitive pricing for the necessary items being sent across a range of couriers. Shipping of complete bikes or framesets is unavailable for international customers.
